The new RF-603 II is improved version of RF-603, it is a remote shutter release as well as a multi-functional flash trigger which can synchronously trigger flashes and studio strobes. 
Through the transceiver based system each item can be used flexibly as trigger or receiver. 
Only 2 AAA batteries are required as power source for each item.
The 2.4GHz wireless frequency is suitable in most countries and guarantees high speed, distance and stability. Within capacious areas, the remote control distance may reach to 100m. 
The synchronization speed can reach to 1/320, depending on the situation.

Improved features:
1. Hot shoe locking system to prevent from slipping off
2. Switch on side for easy operation
3. Enhanced self-detecting system


Functions: 
Supports single contact triggering.
Can achieve wired and wireless remote shutter release function.
Flash Trigger: to fire the Flash Speedlite; to fire the Studio Strobe light (You need to purchase an extra 6.35mm cable to fulfill this function).

    I already had some of these wireless triggers that worked great, and when I needed more, it was an easy decision to by this product again.

    These work incredibly for a few months! They have the capability to receive commands from great distances, if they didn't break, I would never look at anything else (granted we shoot everything manually). Honestly we just keep buying these ones because they have been doing well and not sure what to get that isn't more than what we need or cheap quality.

    Use these with Vivitar, Sunpak and Metz flashes for my Pentax. Works well. I used a cable with the correct plug for my K-5. Well worth the $22.00 I paid for the pair. Should have waited a couple of weeks and payed even less!

    Well, I received the item and was excited to try out the product. So I placed my SB700 flash on one unit, and the other one was in the hot shoe of my D80.The range of the product is good, and for the most part it will fire the flash, there have been a few times where it did not, maybe like 2 times in every 100, again, not a major deal breaker.

    Sometimes there is nothing better than getting a no-frills item that is priced fairly and does its job really well. While this trigger system lacks some advanced features, if what you need is a trigger system that simply works, this is the way to go.

    It does the job that refers to do. I haven't seen anything bothers me. Great product with good qualities. Also build is very sturdy and reliable. I would definitely recommend whom would buy this product.

    I've used these with speedlights and studio flash. They work very well, Very reliable. Very few misfires. .

    I was blown away by the consistency of these triggers, They work with my Nikon D5000, D90, and D3 and an SB900 flash. I have tried other trigger sets in this price range. The Cactus triggers misfired half the time. It was very frustrating. I have also had some inconsistency with Pocket Wizards, which are very expensive. I have yet to have any problems with these. I plan to buy a couple more sets. The only thing that is hard is taking out the batteries to change the channel, but its a VERY small inconvenience. They are lightweight and lock into place nice and snug on both the camera and flash. Overall these triggers are a steal.
